HOUSING CORP
California Alpha Association is the non-profit alumni group that owns the chapter house. Its board of directors meets the last Monday of each month except over Christmas and Summer breaks. The primary function of this Housing Corporation is to serve as the chapter's landlord, ensuring that rents are collected and that the house is maintained.
